This work is for people who are willing to take ownership of their inner experience.
For those who can feel that certain patterns keep getting in the way and who are looking for grounded guidance rooted in clarity, presence, and self-responsibility.
Arrive. Exhale. Move forward.
About Me
Raphael Ravanu
I create spaces for honest self-exploration; beyond concepts and quick fixes.
My work centers around retreats and body-based sessions.
It’s not about getting somewhere, more about actually feeling what’s here.
With both lightness and clarity, I invite you to question familiar boundaries
and stay with what is often avoided.
I don’t believe we need to become “better.”
But something changes when we start meeting ourselves with honesty.
Hangab
A guided inversion experience for relaxation and nervous system regulation
Hangab is a body-based therapy in which the body is slowly guided into a gentle inverted position.
Many people come with the intention of relieving tension in the back and spine;
and find themselves experiencing a surprisingly deep sense of letting go.
The spine can lengthen, the body begins to settle,
and a feeling of lightness, spaciousness, and inner stillness often emerges.
Retreats & Immersions
Time, space, and rhythm for real experience
Retreats create distance from the familiar and open a space where the body can slow down.
Rhythm, sound, and voice accompany this process and supporting a return to a more natural connection with oneself.
Between activity and stillness, a dynamic unfolds between sound, nature, connection, and personal reflection.
A retreat is not a withdrawal from the world, I see it more as a conscious pause,
a time to notice what is often missed in everyday life and return with more clarity and calm.
Integration & Support
Making experience part of your everyday life
Experiences take time to settle.
What opens in the body or becomes visible during a retreat often reveals its impact afterwards.
Integration is not about holding on to something, but about giving it space; so it can find its place in your daily life.
Sometimes this happens in quiet moments, sometimes through conversation, and sometimes simply by staying present with what you felt.
This part of the work brings continuity.
So that change doesn’t remain a peak experience, but becomes something you can actually live.

Maybe…
…this is a good moment to give your body a little more space.
